Meet Megan, a compassionate and vibrant holistic wellness practitioner dedicated to empowering individuals to thrive in body, mind, and spirit. With a strong foundation in nursing, Megan has spent over a decade caring for others as ICU RN, and has since expanded her reach by sharing her passion for holistic wellness with people of all ages.

As a certified yoga instructor, Ayurvedic practitioner, and mindfulness facilitator, Megan creates a safe and supportive environment for individuals to explore their inner world, cultivate self-awareness, and embrace their unique expression. Her approach is infused with joy, simplicity, and sustainability, providing her students with the tools and strategies necessary to integrate wellness into their daily lives.​In addition to leading international retreats, Megan is a certified yoga teacher, Ayurvedic practitioner, and mindfulness facilitator. She brings a blend of clinical expertise and holistic wisdom into every space she holds—creating safe, joyful environments where people can reconnect with themselves, their bodies, and their sense of purpose.

When she’s not teaching or guiding others, you can find Megan outdoors with her 5-pound Yorkie, Bakoo, or dancing to her favorite Afrobeats playlist. Known for her playful spirit and down-to-earth approach, Megan is above all a human being who values real connection—and believes that at the heart of healing is simply being seen, heard, and supported.

​Megan is a former ICU nurse turned holistic wellness practitioner, with over a decade of experience caring for patients in hospital settings. After witnessing the physical and emotional toll of illness, suffering, and loss, she felt deeply called to create a more empowering path to wellness—one that helps individuals reclaim their health, joy, and freedom to live a life they truly love.

Her passion for holistic healing began in university during a cross-cultural analysis of Eastern and Western medicine. She was struck by how much wisdom from traditional healing systems was missing from mainstream conversations in the U.S. Since then, she’s been dedicated to sharing that knowledge in accessible, empowering ways—expanding our collective understanding of what true health looks and feels like.
