Through movement and breathwork, we are able to shift from fight or flight and into a resting and healing state. This program guides you through a series of video sessions designed to help you reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and restore balance to your nervous system. You will explore a variety of breath techniques and gentle movement practices, each carefully selected to support your journey from stress and tension to relaxation and recovery.
