Nervous System Reset
I invite you to slow down and turn inward, to give yourself the space to truly connect with and listen to your body. This is an opportunity to gently shift out of “fight or flight” and move into a more grounded, healing state. You will be gently guided through rhythmic movements that help release stored tension in the body, clearing space to let go of the past and arrive in the present moment. These wave-like and fluid movements send signals to the nervous system that we are safe. We’ll then transition into shoulder and neck tension relief and hip openers to release stored tension and emotions that no longer serve us. You will get to explore two different calming breathwork practices to regulate and reset the nervous system. Followed by lying, restorative postures and a deeply nourishing guided meditation. This meditation invites you to quiet the mind, connect inward, and create space for clarity and calm. With supportive cues, you’ll be guided into a state of deep rest where the body can release, and the mind can soften. Allow the healing vibrations of the sound bowls wash over you and the calming scent of lavender fills the air, your senses will be soothed and restored. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, renewed, and uplifted. No experience is needed — this workshop is beginner-friendly and welcoming to all.
